Showdown in Tokyo-3/Rei II

Shinji is once again rushed into the hospital. Ramiel's defenses make sure that nothing can get within a certain radius from it. This Angel's purpose is to drill down into the geofront and Nerv headquarters. After Shinji is out of the Hospital, Misato starts a plan to defeat the Angel. Unit 01 will stay outside the radius and fire a blast from a sniper rifle through the Angel. This rifle is powers by all of Japan itself. Unit 00 was used in combat for the first time, defending Unit 01. The Angel was destroyed and Shinji learns little more about Rei and her past.
